Refund policy
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the actual date of delivery free of shipping costs. If a return is requested outside of this window, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
At this time, exchanges will need to be done in a two step process: you will need to return the original item, then place a new order for the item you would like.
