Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the date of original purchase. Shipping fees are covered by the company within that time period only. Click here to process a return.

Exchanges
At this time, in order to process an exchange, return your current item and place a new order. We are working on a formal exchange system, thank you for your patience. 

International Orders
These will be offered in the future with their own return/exchange policy.

Important note for returns and exchanges
Please note that if any of the following criteria are met for a return, it will not be accepted:

• Each garment will have its own 8760 hang tag, this must be attached in its original form in order to be returned. If it is not attached, it will not be accepted. 
• Animal hair found in the garment will render the item unable to be returned.
• Dead skin, human hair, or any other similar debris in the garment will render the item unable to be returned.
• If item(s) are washed or put through a dryer, they are unable to be returned. 
• Any stains (e.g. dirt, fluid, sweat, dye not from manufacturing error, marker) will render the item(s) unable to be returned. 
• Any tears or damage not from manufacturing error (i.e. along the seams where there is clearly a stitching error) will render the item(s) unable to be returned.
